DECLARATION of RIGHTS of the ENVIRONMENT and ALL LIVING CREATURES, 2007

WE, THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES, choose to RECLAIM CONTROL of OUR COUNTRY, the BIRTHPLACE of such INSPIRATIONAL CONCEPTS as FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE, and LIBERTY OVER MONARCHY AND WEALTH, which is the GIFT of AMERICA and the HERITAGE due ALL PEOPLES WORLDWIDE no matter RACE, GENDER, ETHNICITY, GENDER-PREFERENCE, RELIGION, or CLASS.

We STAND UNITED AGAINST ALL FORMS of OPPRESSION.

To END OPPRESSION NOW, we MUST:

• STOP PARTYING all the time, and WAKE UP and KNOW OURSELVES and OUR FELLOWS, BUILD COMMUNITIES where they have been DESTROYED.
• TURN OFF the TV, TURN OFF the SPORTS, TURN OFF the COMPUTERS, TURN OFF the MEDIA which MANIPULATES us to be PASSIVE. TURNING OFF DEVICES so we can TURN ON our BRAINS OURSELVES and GENERATE our OWN VIEWPOINTS.
• REALIZE we are being CONTROLLED while being ROBBED of our DUE PROFITS from OUR LABOR and OUR RESOURCES are EXPLOITED without DUE PUBLIC COMPENSATION.
• RECLAIM CONTROL of the PROFITS of our LABOR and END ENVIRONMENTAL EXPLOITATION by ORGANIZING UNIONS and COLLECTIVELY BARGAINING with "the MASTER CLASS" of the WEALTHY.
• VOTE OUT WEALTHY and PRIVILEDGED PEOPLE who CANNOT REPRESENT US because our interests of PEACE, FREEDOM, WELFARE FOR ALL, and LIBERTY are too DIFFERENT from their self-interests of CONTROL, POWER, EXPLOITATION, LIMITED ACCESS, and HIERARCHY.
• STOP PAYING TAXES and NON-VIOLENTLY RESIST COMPLIANCE with UNJUST LAWS, if and when the GOVERNMENT'S ACTIONS are TOO IMMORAL and HORRIBLE for OUR CONSCIENCES to ABIDE.

We DEMAND the following RIGHTS be IN EFFECT for ALL PEOPLE, in ADDITION to our CURRENT hard-won BILL OF RIGHTS:

• The RIGHT to FREE and ADEQUATE and REASONABLE HOUSING, SHELTER, FOOD, WATER, HEAT, POWER, HEALTH CARE, MEDICINE, TOILETS, and PUBLIC PARKING
• The RIGHT to the OPPORTUNITY to EARN A DECENT INCOME, where the HIGHEST WAGE of CORPORATE LEADERS NEVER EXCEED a MULTIPLE OF TEN times that their LEAST-PAID EMPLOYEE.
• The RIGHT to a FREE EDUCATION at ALL LEVELS including PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL, and COLLEGIATE.

Additionally, we DEMAND that MILITARY FUNDING be ALLOCATED ONLY AFTER ALL THESE RIGHTS have been SECURED WITHIN OUR COUNTRY.

We demand that the PRESIDENT may NEVER INITIATE an ACT SIMILAR TO WAR without consent of our REPRESENTATIVES, nor may the PRESIDENT call for TORTURE or ABUSE of ANYONE HELD IN CAPTIVITY.

We demand the following ENVIRONMENTAL RIGHTS:

• PROTECTION from POLLUTION of our ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES including AIR, WATER, and SOIL
• PRESERVATION of 50% of our ENVIRONMENT in it's NATURAL STATE, including COUNTRYSIDES, FORESTS, URBAN AREAS, and WATER,
• MANDATORY RECYCLING of all HUMAN WASTES in a NON-TOXIC METHOD,
• That RESPONSIBILITY for the MANDATORY RECYCLING of all MARKETABLE PRODUCTS be SHIFTED from CONSUMER to PRODUCER of those PRODUCTS,
• That ENERGY be DERIVED FIRST from ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SOURCES, including SOLAR, WIND, and WATER, and ONLY WHEN THESE FRIENDLY SOURCES CANNOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE POWER will we UTILIZE ENVIRONMENTALLY 'UNFRIENDLY' POWER SOURCES including NATURAL GAS, OIL, GAS, COAL, or NUCLEAR POWER -- IN THE ORDER LISTED.

For our ANIMAL and PLANT FAMILY we DEMAND the FOLLOWING, out of RESPECT for our ANCESTRY, COMMON HERITAGE, and CONTINUED INTERDEPENDENCE:

• That ALL LEGAL PROTECTIONS be ENFORCED for ALL ANIMALS and PLANTS WHICH WE RESERVE for HUMANS who cannot REPRESENT THEMSELVES,
• The RIGHT to a HAPPY LIFE for ALL LIVING, SELF-SUSTAINING, INDIVIDUATED CREATURES (ie NOT INCLUDING 'IN-UTERO' EMBRYONIC LIFE),
• The RIGHT to SAFE, NON-POLLUTED HABITATS for ALL LIVING CREATURES,
• PRESERVATION of EXISTING NATURAL, WILD HABITATS,
• PROTECTION from TORTURE for ALL LIVING CREATURES,
• PROTECTION from GENETIC MODIFICATION and HORMONE INJECTION for all LIVING CREATURES (until they have the INTELLIGENCE and REASONABLE COMMUNICATIONS CAPABILITY to OFFER their EXPLICIT LEGAL CONSENT),
• PROTECTION from CRUEL FARMING PRACTICES including but not limited to BEATING, SURGERY without ANAESTHETIC, UNNECESARRY AMPUTATION or BODY MODIFICATION, overly CONFINED LIVING SPACES, INNAPROPRIATE FEEDING PRACTICES, and EXCESSSIVE SLOW or PAINFUL EXECUTION.

We make these DEMANDS because we have HOPE of CHANGING the CRITICAL PATH of our COUNTRY'S 'PROGRESS' before the we ARRIVE at our CURRENT DESTINATION of ARMAGEDDON.

We who LOVE LIFE, LOVE the EARTH, and LOVE PEOPLE and THINGS, we must GATHER TOGETHER to END EXPLOITATION of the OPPRESSED by WEALTH and PRIVILEDGE, in ALL FORMS, EVERYWHERE.

Those who OPPRESS are not ENEMIES that must be KILLED or PUNISHED, they are MERELY PEOPLE who are ASLEEP and DO NOT REALIZE the SIGNIFICANCE of the ATROCITIES COMMITTED to MAINTAIN their EXCESSIVE OPULENCE. The PEOPLE of WEALTH and PRIVILEDGE need an EDUCATION to WAKE UP as well, and EVENTUALLY they will need PROTECTION from OPPRESSION once they are LESS 'OUT OF ECONOMIC BALANCE' with other PEOPLES of the EARTH.

We CANNOT AFFORD to FAIL in our MORAL and ENLIGHTENED OPPOSITION to ALL FORMS of OPPRESSION.

Our GOALS can be ACCOMPLISHED -- and PEACEFULLY.
